#ABT Sampaguita Foundation is an association of students in Calamba City Science Integrated School that was created to call the attention of the government in raising the minimum wage of laborers in the country.

Our foundation aims to spread information to everyone about raising the minimum wage as it should provide enough income to afford a living wage.

FOR THE WORKERS 

#ABT Workers are the ones who do the workloads whether in an organization, business, etc. Without laborers, it can lead to economic downfall.

STUDENT'S AIM

#ABT We, as students, would like to stand up for them. The Sampaguita Foundation is here to guide people and inform them about this certain topic.

GOVERNMENT ISSUE

#ABT The government seems to ignore the subject of raising the minimum wage in our country. Some of them think that there are other topics that we should be focusing on more than this.

Raising the minimum wage not only helps the country, but also the economy. It can increase demand in the economy as low-paid workers earn more.

Also, it helps families out of poverty, as they can afford the living wage. Which is a good thing because both the economy and the country benefit from it.
